Dr Coniela Sgroi has operated her medical practice at Collins Street Medical Centre since 2013 and Camberwell Junction Medical Clinic since 2020. She also practised as a General Practitioner at Victoria Harbour Medical Centre, Docklands from 2008 to 2013.

Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a patient registration form).
If you would like to transfer your records from a medical clinic, please call (03) 9882 8184 to obtain a Patient Request Form and submit it to the relevant medical clinic.
Your first consultation is a long appointment (approximately 30 minutes), Your practice nurse will first obtain basic health measurements from you, such as height, weight and blood pressure. Following this, Dr Coniela will meet with you to discuss your health and wellbeing.
For consultations by video conference, Dr Coniela will run through an adjusted process.

Melbourne Pathology is open on Monday to Friday (8am to 4.30pm) to Saturdays (8am to 12pm)
Most services are bulk-billed to our patients holding Medicare cards. There may be a fee for some specialised tests not covered by Medicare.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please call Collins Street Medical Centre to change or cancel appointment. A minimum of 2 hours notice is required as a fee will be charged for failure to attend or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice.
Dr Coniela will contact you and arrange a video conference (you will not need to download or install any software). Results, referrals and scripts will be provided as close to normal.
